IPA–EMCDDA scientific closing seminar: Building national and regional drug monitoring systems in Candidate and Potential Candidate countries
The objective of this Closing Seminar was twofold: to draw on the conclusions and activities implemented during the 24-months project, in line with its main objective and three specific objectives, as well as to give the opportunity to the IPA Beneficiaries countries to present key research activities undertaken in the main areas of work of the EMCDDA, thanks to the support of the IPA project. A total of 64 participants from the IPA Beneficiaries countries, the Permanent mission in Brussels, the European Commission and the EMCDDA attended the closing seminar
